Do you love leading, thrive on making a real difference and feel at home bringing calm, confident leadership to complex situations?


We’re looking for a Locality Manager who can motivate and support a brilliant team to deliver trauma informed, person centred support across Leeds. You’ll work closely with the Service Manager, collaborate with GPs and local partners, and ensure our clients receive the right support at the right time.

If you’re passionate about recovery, wellbeing, co production and building a positive, psychologically safe culture — and you’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves — we’d love to hear from you.

• Someone who enjoys taking the lead, using their initiative to manage a team, reviewing progress, and supporting individuals to meet agreed targets
• Someone who thrives on collaboration, building strong relationships and networks that help services grow and evolve.
