About the role:
InPost is actively seeking a motivated and experienced Night Warehouse Shift Supervisor to join our dynamic team at our Leeds depot This is an exciting opportunity for someone eager to elevate their career in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Location: Unit 3 Inpost, Stourton, Leeds LS10 1AZ
Shift Pattern: Sunday - Thursday / Monday - Friday
Hours: 23:30 - 08:00
Salary: £31,000 Per Annum
What you’ll be doing:
Lead with Purpose: Deliver on-the-job training to ensure your team is efficient, safe, and top-performing.
Drive Success: Plan, allocate, and manage resources based on volume forecasts, ensuring smooth operations and hitting those KPIs!
Champion Communication: Foster an open, supportive environment where communication thrives, and ideas flow freely.
Motivate & Inspire: Take ownership of your team’s growth! Coach, guide, and lead them to success through continuous improvement.
Quality & Efficiency: Strive for excellence—maintain top-tier quality while meeting productivity targets.
Safety First: Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations, keeping the warehouse spotless and the team safe at all times.
Maximise Potential: Identify opportunities to improve, continuously motivating the team to hit customer deadlines and surpass productivity goals.
