Location: Outskirts of Leeds About the FirmOur client is a boutique, full-service commercial law firm based in a sought after town on the outskirts of Leeds, serving a Yorkshire-wide and national client base. They offer someone the opportunity to move away from the traditional big law firm environment and they pride themselves on doing things differently.

There's no partnership structure here – instead, they operate with a founder-led approach that prioritises flexibility, autonomy, and genuinely supportive leadership. The Role They are seeking a Corporate Solicitor who can hit the ground running (ideally who sits between 2 - 3 years PQE). Those from a commercial/corporate background looking to specialise in corporate work will also be considered. You'll have the chance to put your own mark on matters, drive work forward with real autonomy, and enjoy the kind of mid-level responsibility that genuinely matches your experience. What They're Looking For2-3 years PQE in pure corporate or a mix of commercial and corporate matters
Demonstrable experience at this level with the ability to work independently
Comfortable meeting with and managing client relationships
Someone who thrives in a founder-led SME environment, particularly within the tech space
