Commercial Solicitor
The Commercial Solicitor will deal with a range of work including;
- Drafting and reviewing commercial contracts and agreements.
- Provide legal advice to clients on a range of commercial matters including IT, DP, IP and heavy weight commercial contracts.
- Working with clients across a range of sectors including retail, logistics, education and charities.
- Work closely with the Partners on larger matters.
