Corporate Managing Associate
The Corporate Managing Associate will deal with a range of work including;
- Providing expert legal advice on corporate transactions and related matters.
- Playing a key role in transactions including high value M & A and PE deals.
- Working closely with junior team members
- Taking an active role in marketing
- Working closely with the wider national Corporate practice
- Maintaining strong client relationships and identify new business opportunities.
