Pay: Up to £13 per hour (inclusive of enhancement when performing management duties)
Hours: 12 hours per week

What You'll Be Doing
As a Retail Team Leader, you’ll play a key part in the day-to-day success of the store, including:

* Leading and supporting your team to hit store targets.
* Delivering excellent customer service and handling queries professionally.
* Keeping shelves full, tidy, and visually appealing.
* Assisting with stock deliveries and backroom organisation.
* Acting as a keyholder, including opening and closing the store when required.

You’ll work side-by-side with your team, helping to create a positive, productive store environment. Whether stepping up to lead
or diving into the detail, your contribution will help the store thrive—and your colleagues feel supported.

What We’re Looking For
We’re on the lookout for someone who:

* Is friendly, confident, and ready to lead by example.
* Has a strong work ethic and thrives in a fast-moving setting.
* Brings some experience in a supervisory, team leader, or keyholder role in retail or hospitality.
* Is organised and able to take the lead when needed.
