The Role

As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll manage the full recruitment lifecycle for high-level executive positions, from business development through to successful placement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
• Identify and win new business opportunities
• Source and engage senior-level candidates through various channels
• Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments
• Manage the full recruitment process from brief to placement
• Provide consultative advice to both clients and candidates

The Ideal Candidate

• A proven track record in winning new business
• Success in sourcing and placing senior-level candidates
• Excellent relationship-building skills
• Commercial acumen and market awareness
• Strong negotiation and influencing abilities

Preferred Experience:

• Knowledge of the US recruitment market
• Experience in executive search or C-Suite placements

Location & Work Arrangement

• Based in our modern Leeds city centre office
• Full-time, office-based role (5 days per week)
• Hours of work are 8.30am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday
• Extended lunch breaks for those hitting the gym.
