Licensing and Regulatory Solicitor

National Law is seeking a senior Licensing Solicitor to lead their highly regarded team.

Operating across the UK, clients range from national supermarket chains, large and small hotel groups and PLCs to clubs, restaurants, pubs, sporting venues, e-commerce sites and breweries. They have strong relationships with licensing stakeholders across the country.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 10 years pqe and be familiar with all aspects of the Licensing Act 2003, including managing contested applications and successfully securing new licences.

The typical workload day to day will involve giving advice on all aspects of the law relating to the sale of alcohol and the provision of regulated entertainment, specifically;

• Enforcement
• Licensing Strategy Advice
• Personal Licences
• Premises Licences
• Reviews
• Temporary Event Notices
• Variations
