A specification sales role creating demand and securing commercial and high-rise residential specifications for my client's leading range of exterior cladding and decorative facades.

Territory: North West, North East and Yorkshire

The Role – Area Sales Manager:

* A design led specification sales role, creating demand and securing specifications for a leading range of decorative facades and exterior cladding solutions

* Inheriting an established and well performing area with a good project bank to account manage and work from

* Winning commercial projects with architects and main contractors across the private and public sector

* Tracking projects across education, healthcare, offices, hotel & leisure, shopping centres, high-rise residential and student accommodation

* Following your specifications through to the contractors and specialist installers, and fabricators / distribution partners

The Successful Applicant - Area Sales Manager:

* You will be a field sales professional with a proven track record of specification sales

* Preferably your experience has been gained with the building envelope sector

* Although this is not essential and my client is open to specification backgrounds

* You will also have first class communication and presentation skills, with a consultative and target led approach to solution sales
