Job Description

We’re currently looking for a QA Manager for an opportunity with a direct contractual link with an US based company that provides data and software services to the automotive and insurance industry.

Our client has more than 700 persons in their development teams all around the world, split between their teams in Mexico, USA, Spain, Asia, etc.

Currently we’re recruiting a QA Manager to join their development hub in Leeds, UK

What you will do:

• Act as a QA Manager and work together with the leads of other disciplines.
• Mitigate risk and escalate to technology leadership as appropriate.
• Develop and increase team performance and collaboration across organization.
• Work collaboratively with development and the QA team to identify test cases and suites best suited for automation
• Provide time estimates, technical recommendations, and proposed test solutions based on technical and business requirements
• Oversee and direct the development of new test frameworks and applications to ensure the implementation of manual and automated test solutions.

Qualifications

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering/Science or equivalent.
• 2-5 years of experience as a QA manager in an Agile Environment.
• Experience in leading the architecture, design, development and operations of testing frameworks, processes, methodologies for diverse environments, solutions, and products.
• Proficiency in QA methodologies, software testing principles, concepts, verification/ validation techniques, and test management.
• Experience in establishing a healthy relationship between teams, organizations, and internal/external stakeholders.
• Experience with Selenium and TestNG.
• Experience in API and Load Testing tools.
• Experience in CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience in Test driven Development.
• Experience in Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
• English Fluency.

Seniority expected: 2-8 years of experience as a QA Manager
