- Client Management: Act as the primary point of contact for a diverse portfolio, providing proactive business advice, interpreting financial information, and acting as a commercial sounding board for directors.
- Team Management: Supervise and mentor junior staff, reviewing work to ensure high technical standards are maintained across year-end accounts, management accounts, and tax compliance.
- Business Development: Actively identify opportunities to cross-sell services and lead initiatives to grow the firm's presence in the region.
- Bringing in New Work: Use your professional network to generate new leads and work; while not essential, candidates with work to bring with them are highly desirable.
- Advisory Services: Assist clients with business planning, cashflow projections, and strategic growth.
- Qualifications: Must be ACA or ACCA qualified.
- Experience: Several years of experience working in a management role within an Accountancy Practice .
- Technical Skills: Strong background in UK GAAP (FRS 102) and proficiency in cloud accounting software such as Xero, Sage, or IRIS.
- Attributes: Excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a commitment to continuous development.
