Marketing Manager – North + Midlands Department: Marketing Reports to: Head of Regional & Online Marketing Location: Hybrid (North + Midlands coverage) Level: Manager / Regional Business Partner Key Stakeholders: Regional Managing Directors, Regional Business Development/Customer Relationship Managers, Head of Data, Digital and Market Intelligence, Head of Brand, Content and PR. Role Summary The Marketing Manager – North + Midlands partners with regional leadership across Leeds, Sheffield, Manchester, Liverpool, Bolton and the Midlands. The role ensures marketing plans reflect regional realities while delivering consistent alignment with central strategy. Key Responsibilities Regional Planning Create and deliver marketing plans for Yorkshire & Humber, North West and Midlands regions, with a priority focus on Leeds, Manchester and Birmingham. Adapt national campaigns for local audiences using market insight, competitor intelligence and sales needs. Ensure brand consistency across all local touchpoints. Stakeholder Partnership Act as the marketing partner to regional Directors and teams. Influence commercial planning, pipeline generation, local go to market activity and brand visibility. Facilitate alignment between the central marketing team and the regional business. Campaign Management Deliver integrated campaigns across digital, events, outreach and local partnerships. Work closely with central teams to ensure execution quality, targeting and optimisation. Manage regional marketing budgets, ensuring effective investment. Performance & Reporting Monitor KPIs, demand generation, events performance and competitor behaviour. Provide insights to inform national and regional improvements. Collaboration Share best practice across the wider Regional Marketing team. Support central teams by providing regional insight and customer perspectives. Skills, Experience & Attributes Experience in B2B/B2C service-led marketing. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder skills. Ability to work across complex, multisite environments. Strong ability to translate strategy into actionable plans. Strong project management and organisational skills. Comfortable working autonomously while contributing to a shared national approach.
