Retail Assistant/ECS (E-Cigarette Specialist) Contract Type: Permanent Contract Hours:20 Hours per week VPZ are the market-leading vape and e-cig retailer in the UK. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Retail Assistant to join our team in VPZ Exeter. You will be expected to work 5 days out of 7, including weekends. Applicants must be 18 years old or older. What you’ll be doing: Provide excellent customer care & advice Cash Handling Ensure stock levels are maintained accurately Increase customer retention by delivering consistently high levels of customer service Assist the manager and wider team in the day-to-day running of the store Experience you’ll bring: Experience in a customer facing environment The ability to build rapport communicate effectively Friendly and welcoming personality Willingness to learn What we can offer: VPZ is a family-run business with our head office in Edinburgh.
