The Role

As Home Manager, you will have full operational and clinical responsibility for the service, ensuring the highest standards of care, compliance, and performance.

Key responsibilities include:

Leading and developing a high-performing care team
Maintaining and improving CQC ratings (Good or Outstanding)
Managing occupancy, budgets, and overall service performance
Building strong relationships with residents, families, and external professionals
Ensuring full compliance with regulatory and quality standards
Requirements

Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Home Manager or Registered Manager within a nursing home
Clinical background (preferred)
Proven track record of achieving Good or Outstanding CQC ratings
Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills
Confident in operational management and care home systems
Commercial awareness and performance-driven mindset
Knowledge of the Leeds area/local authority is desirable
Must have the right to live and work in the UK
