An ambitious and forward-thinking secondary school in Leeds is seeking an English Teacher to join its well-established department from January 2026.
The Role
The successful English Teacher will deliver KS3 and KS4 English, with opportunities to contribute to KS5 depending on experience. The department is highly collaborative, with shared schemes of work, consistent assessment practices and a strong emphasis on developing literacy, analytical writing and confident oracy skills.

This 11–18 mixed secondary school serves approximately 1,300 pupils and is recognised locally for its strong academic progress, clear behaviour systems and inclusive ethos. English is a core strength within the school, supported by modern classrooms, digital learning platforms and a well-stocked library.
