Non-Contentious Construction Senior Associate (2-4 PQE) – Leeds
We are working with an international law firm on an exciting opportunity within their highly regarded Non-Contentious Construction team. This is a fantastic chance to join a forward-thinking, globally recognised firm with a strong reputation for advising on complex, high-value construction and infrastructure projects.
The team advises a broad range of clients, including developers, funders, contractors, and major corporates, on non-contentious construction matters across a variety of sectors including real estate, energy, and infrastructure. Their work includes drafting and negotiating standard form and bespoke construction documentation (including JCT, NEC, and FIDIC), advising on procurement strategies, project structuring, and risk allocation across large-scale domestic and international projects.
This role is ideally suited to an Associate who wants to work for one of the leading Constructions team with a top international law firm from Leeds.

Requirements:
You will have 2-4 PQE experience working on non-contentious Construction matters in England & Wales, or common law jurisdictionsSalary is £88,000-£96,000 as well as excellent bonus structure.
