How you'll make a difference

You will work collaboratively with Credit Risk & Mortgage Services operations to ensure collections & interest only contact strategies are being executed both effectively and in line with minimum standards (in line with DM policy and standards). To review data and insight, identifying opportunities to improve portfolio and operational performance implementing actions to deliver this.

You'll Work closely with Senior Manager, Strategy & Performance to review external performance benchmarking to identify best practise opportunities to deliver high performance across collections and interest only strategies.

What will you bring to the role?

-Good understanding of collections & interest only strategies, processes and regulatory requirements.

-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

-Ability to interpret data and present actionable insight.

-Ability to identify technical & process improvements to solve problems in a pragmatic & effective way, considering time, cost & benefits to customers & colleagues.

-Ability to prioritise and work flexibly.

-Ability to communicate complex and technical information.
