Field Care Supervisor

ABOUT THIS ROLE

You MUST have previous Field Care Supervisor experience for this role.

As a FIELD CARE SUPERVISOR you will be office and community based, ensuring high-quality and compliant care.

A brief overview of responsibilities include:

Conducting client assessments, creating care plans, performing supervisions and spot checks on staff, on-call duties, all while working closely with the Registered Service Manager.

We're ideally looking for someone with previous Field Care Supervisor experience which will provide a head start in your new position.

For this FIELD CARE SUPERVISOR role you must:

o Have previous Field Care Supervisor experience.
o Have a driving licence and access to a car.
o Be able to cover on-call duties following a rota system.
o Have the Right to Work in the UK.
o Create assessments and risk assessments.
o Review/update care plans to suite changing needs.
o Manage on-site observations, appraisals, and supervisions.
o Sign-off Home Care Assistants for Moving & Handling, Medication.
o Work closely with care-coordinators to plan shifts.
o Work closely with the Registered Service Manager.
o Strong time management skills.
o Take phone calls while in the office.
o Training new care staff during induction.
o Marking 'Test Your Knowledge' documents.
o Creating training certificates.
o Managing staff folders and documents where needed.

This role requires office based work as well as out in the field. For this reason we have a fuel allowance per mile.

You would work alongside staff in the early stages that would support you in your new role, allowing you to settle in and get to know both the staff team and our clients.
