Personal Assistant - Environment Agency
Location: Remote, UK (with travel as needed for in-person meetings)
Hours: Monday - Friday, 37 hours per week (between 7am - 6pm)
Pay: £14.87 per hour
Job Type: Temporary

What You'll Be Doing:
* Managing diaries, calendars, and meeting schedules proactively
* Handling emails and correspondence, prioritising and drafting responses
* Acting as a key contact for internal teams and external stakeholders
* Coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, papers, and taking accurate minutes
* Following up on actions to meet deadlines
* Arranging travel, accommodation, and logistics when required
* Producing and formatting reports, documents, and presentations to a professional standard
* Managing sensitive information with discretion
* Maintaining organised electronic filing systems and records
* Supporting event planning and team activities
* Liaising across teams to ensure smooth daily operations
* Monitoring tasks, flagging risks, and anticipating support needs
* Processing expenses, invoices, and purchase orders in line with procedures
* Providing reliable administrative support and suggesting process improvements

What You'll Bring:
* Experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role
* Strong background in administration and organisation
* Confident with MS Office tools (Outlook, Teams, OneNote, Word)
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively
* Discretion handling confidential information
