Description

The Corporate Solicitor will be:

* Working with Partners on complex M&A and private equity transactions

* Managing aspects of corporate deals from inception to completion

* Drafting and negotiating key transaction documents

* Conducting due diligence and coordinating with wider teams

* Building and maintaining strong client relationships

* Assisting with business development and client pitches

* Working with colleagues across national offices

Profile

The Corporate Solicitor should be / have;

* A solicitor with 2 to 5 years PQE in corporate law

* Experienced in M&A and or private equity transactions

* Technically strong with excellent drafting skills

* Commercially aware with a client focused approach

* Able to manage workloads effectively in a fast paced environment

Job Offer

• Salary ranging from £64,000 to £74,000.
