Senior Accountant - £55,000 plus bonus - Leeds City Centre

This is an outstanding opportunity for a qualified ACA / ACCA / CIMA professional making their first move from practice. You’ll join a collaborative and forward-thinking team in a broad, hands-on position with real exposure across the business.

You will be responsible for:

Lead on technical reporting and delivery of high-quality financial outputs
Act as a key finance business partner to senior stakeholders
Produce meaningful MI, budgeting, forecasting, and insightful analysis
Support audit processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Mentor and develop junior team members
What you will need:

ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified (or equivalent)
Background in audit/practice, looking to make your first move into industry
Strong technical grounding with a commercial mindset
Confident communicator, able to engage and influence stakeholders
Proactive, ambitious, and keen to develop within a growing business

Salary and benefits:

Up to £55,000 base salary
5% bonus
Hybrid working (2 days from home)
