About the Role

This role is ideal for a dynamic and motivated individual with a passion for engineering and developing future talent. Whether you're already teaching or coming straight from industry, you will be supported every step of the way with a fully funded teaching qualification.

You will deliver high-quality teaching across a range of programmes and awarding bodies, working with learners from Level 1 through to Level 3.

Key Areas of Delivery

PLC (Programmable Logic Controllers)
Electrical and Electronic Principles
Analogue Electronics
Fault Diagnosis

Key Responsibilities

Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality lessons across Electrical/Electronics Engineering programmes
Teach and support learners from Level 1 to Level 3
Adapt delivery to suit a range of awarding bodies and learner needs
Assess student work regularly, tracking progress and providing constructive feedback
Contribute to the development and sharing of curriculum resources
Work collaboratively with colleagues, industry partners, and the wider community
Support student success, progression, and employability outcomes

Requirements

Minimum Level 3 qualification in Electrical Engineering (or closely related discipline)
Strong knowledge of PLCs, electrical and electronic principles, analogue electronics, and fault diagnosis
Industry experience (teaching experience desirable but not essential)
Passion for education and developing the next generation of engineers
Strong communication and organisational skillsWhat We Offer
