Corporate Senior Associate | 6 + PQE | international law firm | Leeds An international law firm with a strong and growing Leeds presence is looking to recruit a Corporate Senior Associate to join its highly regarded corporate team. This is a standout opportunity for an experienced corporate solicitor to take on a senior role within a genuinely international practice, advising on complex, high-value transactions while benefiting from the collaborative culture of a Leeds-based team. The Role You'll be advising on a broad range of corporate matters, with a particular focus on:
- UK and cross-border M&A
- Private equity and investment work
- Corporate reorganisations and joint ventures
- Strategic advisory work for a diverse client base, including international businesses, investors and management teams
- Corporate solicitor operating at Senior Associate level
- Strong experience in M&A and transactional corporate work
- Confident leading matters and managing client relationships
- Commercial, pragmatic and comfortable working as part of an international team
