Visualisation Specialist

Role purpose

You are a design-led innovator who bridges the gap between creative vision and technical reality. Reporting to the Head of Design, you are responsible for creating high-end CGI renders for Packaging, point of sale (POS), and the Digital Shelf that realises ‘Design Intent’. While your primary focus is within the Design Pillar of the business, you may at times be required to provide essential support to the Develop and Deliver pillars by ensuring visual assets are technically sound and optimised for the end-to-end journey. The Visualisation Specialist will be a key creative bridge between brand concept and consumer reality. You will be responsible for creating high-impact, photorealistic and hyperrealistic 3D renders that span the entire product journey, from the initial structural packaging design and POS concepts for physical stores, to the digital shelves across our global portfolio.

Key responsibilities

1. High-End CGI Production Execute the creation of high-fidelity CGI renders and visual assets for Pack, POS, and ecomm that accurately reflect design intent
2. Effective Collaboration Partner with the Senior Visualisation Specialists to ensure all visual assets align with brand principles and strategic ideas
3. Pillar Support Provide technical support to the Develop and Deliver Teams by producing optimised images and assets that maintain visual integrity through to final delivery
4. AI and Innovation Proactively explore and implement AI-driven tools and workflows to enhance the quality and speed of CGI outputs
5. Brand Guardianship Act as a CGI guardian to ensure clarity and consistency across all visual touch points
6. Peer Excellence Lead "buddy checks" and provide constructive feedback to peers to ensure quality of work is never compromised

Objectives

1. Design Intent Realisation Ensure 100% of high-end CGI renders precisely capture the strategic ‘design intent’ and creative vision approved by the Design Lead
2. Operational Support Successfully support the Develop and Deliver pillars by providing technically accurate, optimised assets that minimise rework during the production phase
3. Proactive Innovation Actively research and present better ways of working or new digital tools that enhance our CGI output or streamline the Design-to-Shelf journey
4. AI Integration Work with our CLAIRE™ Specialist(s) to demonstrate how AI-driven tools can enhance CGI realism or accelerate the production of complex visual assets

1. High-End CGI Production Continual creation of high-fidelity CGI renders and visual assets for Pack, POS, and Digital Shelf that accurately reflect design intent

Knowledge, experience and qualifications

Skills

• CGI and AI Literacy Highly proficient in high-end CGI rendering with a developing understanding of how AI can enhance visual output
• Strategic Communication Clear, confident, and unambiguous communicator with the ability to present creative proposals effectively
• Detail and Precision Highly organised with a strong focus on technical precision and brand consistency

Experience

• Strategic Visualisation Demonstrated success in delivering projects requiring strategic foresight and high-level planning
• Multi-Channel Delivery Experience presenting across Packaging, POS, and ecomm channels
• Agency Environment Proven track record managing client visual requirements within a service-led environment

Knowledge

• End-to-End Expertise Ability to demonstrate visual results effectively
• Industry Standards Deep understanding of CGI processes, digital shelf requirements, and brand guidelines

Qualifications

• Highly technical and commercially minded 3D artist
• Degree in Design or Computer Graphics
• Expert-level proficiency in Cinema 4D and the Adobe Creative Suite
• Other 3D software knowledge is advantageous
• Comparable industry experience
