Senior Corporate Solicitor / Director – Leeds (Hybrid Working) Experience: Senior Associate / Legal Director level
Salary: £100k+ DOE + up to 35% bonus + excellent benefits
Working Pattern: Hybrid (typically 2–3 days in the office)

An award-winning, full-service commercial law firm in Leeds is seeking an experienced Corporate Solicitor to join its nationally recognised and highly active corporate team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-quality domestic and international transactions, all from a single-site, collaborative environment in Yorkshire.

About the Role:

You’ll join the largest Corporate team in Leeds, advising high-profile UK and international clients on a broad range of transactions. The team works across:

• M&A (buy and sell side)
• Private equity (sponsor and management)
• Equity capital markets (IPOs, public takeovers)
• Corporate advisory (reorganisations, capital reductions, etc.)

Much of the work has an international element, with regular cross-border transactions involving clients and counterparties in the US, Europe (Nordics, France, Germany, Benelux) and beyond. You’ll liaise closely with firms in multiple jurisdictions, benefitting from the firm’s single-office structure, which fosters strong collaboration without the internal politics of a multi-office model.

Client Examples Include:

• Advising a global private equity firm on its investment in a major US-based consultancy
• Acting on the UK aspects of a cross-border acquisition in the food and consumer sector
• Supporting a major UK private equity house on a portfolio sale subject to regulatory approval
