E-Billing Analyst
Acting as a key point of contact for e-billing queries, supporting both internal stakeholders and clients.
Handling uploads, rejections, reconciliations and query resolution in line with SLAs.
Collaborating with finance and collections teams to review aged debt and resolve billing issues.
Producing reports and supporting internal and external presentations.
Supporting the creation and maintenance of training materials and processes.
Mentoring junior team members and acting as a go-to person within the team.
Identifying opportunities for process improvement and increased efficiency.What skills are we looking for? Previous experience within an e-billing role, including reconciliations is essential.
Strong understanding of e-billing systems, file formats and processes.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
Confident communicator with the ability to manage stakeholder relationships.
Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem solving.
Experience within a shared service or multi-currency environment would be advantageous.What's on offer? Hybrid working (2 days per week in the office).
