This role is suited to experienced 360 recruiters :
- Minimum 2 years’ 360 recruitment experience (white-collar perm preferred)
- Proven business development capability
- Strong billing history and target achievement
- Commercial, consultative mindset
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Full UK driving licence (client visits required)
- Base salary up to £35,000 DOE
- Renowned competitive commission
- Annual bonus up to £10,000 per annum
