A modern and growing West Yorkshire law firm is seeking experienced Conveyancing Fee Earnersto join their expanding property team. The Role:

You’ll manage your own caseload of residential property transactions from instruction to completion, including:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Transfers of equity
• Re-mortgages and new build transactions
• Liaising with clients, agents, lenders, and third parties
• Maintaining high standards of client care and compliance

You’ll be part of a collaborative and dynamic conveyancing team with strong administrative support and streamlined systems.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 3 years’ experiencehandling own full residential conveyancing caseload independently
• Excellent knowledge of the conveyancing process from start to finish
• Strong communication, organisational, and client care skills
• Comfortable working in a tech-driven, fast-paced environment
• Proactive, approachable and detail-oriented
