Property Solicitor
The Property Solicitor will be:* Drafting, reviewing and negotiating asset management documents including leases, licences and variations
* Managing transactions such as lease grants, renewals, assignments and terminations * Delivering a high-quality service aligned with client expectations * Working on the management of client property portfolios * Ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory and operational requirements * Working with in-house legal, estates and operational teams * Building strong client relationships through proactive communication- * Contributing to continuous improvement within the service delivery model
