The Role : This leading manufacturer is recruiting a new Business Development Manager to cover the company's well-developed Yorkshire and North Eastern territory. You will sell a range of high-quality hearing instruments to independent audiology retailers. In this exciting and very varied role, you will grow existing accounts and build new business pipeline within your area, liaising with business owners and audiologists. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven and motivated salesperson who is looking to take the next step in their career!
Requirements : To be considered for the Business Development Manager role, we're looking for candidates with:
- Experience in audiology sales or selling other products into a practice setting
- OR an audiologist seeking a new challenge in sales
- An independent, driven and positive personality
- Strong commercial acumen
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- Full driving licence with no more than 6 points

The Package for the Business Development Manager
- Basic: £42,000 - £47,000 depending on experience
- Bonus / OTE: 30% of base salary
- Fully expensed company car
- Benefits: healthcare, 26 days holidays, company pension contribution up to 10%
