MOJ Fee Earner

What you'll be doing:

* Managing a caseload of MOJ Portal RTA claims from inception through to settlement
* Reviewing liability, quantum and evidence with a commercial, insurance-aware mindset
* Handling Stage 1, 2 and 3 processes confidently and accurately
* Communicating with clients, insurers and third parties in a clear, professional manner
* Identifying cases that fall out of the portal and progressing them appropriately
* Maintaining file quality and compliance in line with regulatory and insurance standards

* Proven experience as an MOJ Fee Earner or in a similar role
* Strong working knowledge of the MOJ Portal and low value RTA claims
* Comfortable managing your own caseload with minimal supervision
