A strong opportunity for an experienced Claims professional looking to step into the London Market and broaden their expertise across specialist lines.
This role is ideal for someone with a solid grounding in claims who wants to elevate their career, gain exposure to complex risks, and develop within a highly regarded London Market environment. Full training will be provided, including time spent in London to support your transition.

The Role
You’ll manage a varied portfolio of claims from first notification through to settlement, working closely with senior adjusters and key stakeholders across underwriting, actuarial, and reinsurance teams.

• Handle complex and non-complex claims end-to-end
• Support senior adjusters on higher-value and specialist cases
• Maintain accurate reserves and ensure timely updates on all systems
• Liaise with brokers, insureds, co-insurers, and service providers
• Manage relationships with TPAs, loss adjusters, and legal partners
• Identify trends within your portfolio and report key developments
• Contribute to team reporting, KPIs, and ongoing process improvements
• Support underwriting with claims insight for renewals and new business

What They’re Looking For

Open to candidates from multiple claims disciplines (motor, property, liability, etc) who are keen to move into the London Market.

• Strong claims handling experience within the insurance market
• Desire to learn and develop within London Market claims
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage workload independently and prioritise effectively
• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends and risks
• Comfortable working across multiple systems and datasets
