Property Sales Consultant
Taking full ownership of the sales progression process across multiple live deals
Liaising closely with solicitors, vendors, and investors to maintain momentum
Proactively managing timelines, resolving delays, and ensuring deals complete
Building, maintaining, and expanding a strong investor networkRequirements Experience in sales progression, property sales, or investment sales
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously
Strong communication skills, particularly when dealing with solicitors and stakeholders
Proactive, commercially driven, and results-focused
