Exciting opportunity for experienced Branch Manager to open a new branch for this very successful brand
The Company:
My client is already a known and respected brand in the industry and as part of their planned expansion programme they are now ready to open a new branch in Leeds. Their pride themselves on their knowledge and experience within the Education market and are able to attract the best recruitment professionals by offering industry leading salaries and progression opportunities.
The Role:
This is a brand new branch and initially you will be managing a team of 5 Consultants. You will need to capitalise on existing contacts and clients and build the business and your team. The company have huge expansion plans and this is an excellent opportunity to really make your mark.
About You:
You will be a strong Branch Manager looking for the next step in your career. You will have a proven track record in sales and business development and will relish the challenge of building a very successful branch. Using your excellent leadership skills you will have the ability to manage and motivate your team. The company will provide you with excellent support and the tools to create a market leading business and will look to grow the branch (and your role). They offer a fantastic salary and commission package with a guaranteed bonus to start. You will need to be an excellent communicator with a good work ethic and the ambition to build a very successful career.
