Commercial Property Solicitor
The Commercial Property Solicitor will be:
- Managing your own caseload of commercial property matters
- Advising on acquisitions, disposals and property investments
- Working on development and corporate occupier work
- Drafting and negotiating leases and associated documents
- Liaising with clients across SME, corporate and third-sector sectors
- Working closely with partners to deliver high-quality legal advice
- Ensuring excellent client communication throughout matters
- Contributing to the growth of the commercial property team
