• Full-time, Term-time only, Mon-Fri, 8:30am-3:30pm

NextGen Teachers are recruiting a Pastoral Mentor for a welcoming Leeds primary school.

You'll support KS2 pupils with social, emotional, and behavioural needs - building positive relationships, managing behaviour, and helping pupils thrive.

What you'll do:

• Support across KS2 (not class-based)
• Manage and de-escalate behaviour
• Promote wellbeing and engagement

What you need:

• KS2 school experience (essential)
• Experience with SEN/behaviour needs
• Strong communication skills
• DBS (or willing to obtain)
• GCSEs in English, Maths & Science

Desirable: Level 3 Childcare
