Administrator

Your duties as Administrator will include: • Supporting the team in managing all administrative aspects of applications, approvals and communications• Prepare, submit and track applications
• Maintain and update internal records and databases with the status of applications and correspondence
• Liaise with clients and internal teams to coordinate the progression of projects
• Ensure documentation and applications comply with regulations, policies and technical standards
• Monitor deadlines and proactively follow up to ensure timely processing of applications and deliverables
• Generating reports and summaries You will be/have: • Detail orientated with meticulous atentiion to detail and high standards of data accuracy
• Organised with strong time management skills
• Proven admin or coordination experience
