MS Dynamics 365 Tech Lead
We are looking for an experienced MS Dynamics 365 Tech Lead to lead the technical design, architecture, and delivery of enterprise-scale Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end technical design and architecture for Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions and Power Platform.
- Define technical standards, best practices, and development guidelines.
- Own solution architecture including integrations, data models, security, and performance.
- Design and develop custom Dynamics solutions using plugins, workflows, custom actions, and Power Apps.
- Implement complex integrations using Azure services including Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus, and API Management.
- Ensure high-quality code, deployments, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Work closely with Solution Architects, Business Analysts, Product Owners, and QA teams.
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and confidence to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Lead and mentor Dynamics developers and technical consultants.
- Review code, enforce quality standards, and support technical upskilling.
- Ensure adherence to Microsoft best practices, security, and compliance standards.
- Support performance optimisation, troubleshooting, and production issues.
Required Skills & Experience
Core Technical Skills
- Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Solid expertise in:
- C#, .NET
- Plugins, workflows, custom APIs
- Power Platform including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI
- Experience with Azure integrations including Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and Service Bus.
- Experience setting up and implementing a Centre of Excellence for Power Platform.
