I'm working with a leading top‑10 accountancy and advisory practice is looking to appoint a Manager‑level professional to join its Leeds Restructuring Advisory team . This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to focus on advisory‑led restructuring work rather than process‑driven insolvency.

What You'll Work On

You'll be involved in a broad range of restructuring advisory assignments , including:

• Independent Business Reviews (IBRs)
• Cashflow management and liquidity planning
• Accelerated M&A and distressed transactions
• Debt advisory and stakeholder negotiations
• Exposure to complex, high‑profile administrations (where appropriate)

The role is predominantly advisory‑focused, with opportunities to work on both Leeds‑led and London‑facing mandates .

• Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) or CPI / JIEB qualified
• Experience within a recognised Restructuring or Advisory team
• Strong financial analysis and commercial thinking skills
• Comfortable managing multiple workstreams and stakeholders
• Experience coaching or mentoring junior staff
• Leeds‑based or genuinely committed to working in Leeds
