Employment tax specialist working for a well known Top 10 Accountancy firm based in Leeds, part of a national team servicing the West Yorkshire market.

• Hybrid working, 2-3 days per week in the Leeds Office
• Employment Tax leadership position in West Yorkshire
• Car Allowance & Bonus Scheme

Your new role as a Employment Tax Associate Director :

• You'll be a key part of a 100 strong national employment tax team, helping the firm to builds in presence in the North
• Your work will include the full spectrum of employment tax risk & governance, off-payroll workers, national minimum wage, payrolling of benefits to name a few.
• The client base you will service is a varied one, including FTSE 100 & 250, PE and Owner managed businesses.
• As well as being a technical employment tax lead you will also play a key role in leading the team in the North, whilst also supporting more junior staff members.

What you'll need to be successful as a Employment Tax Associate Director:

• ACA, CTA, ATT, ACCA qualified
• UK Employment Tax experience
• Previous experience working with a large accountancy firm
• Management & coaching experience
