Baby Room Practitioner (Level 3)

Location: Allerton Bywater (WF10)

Position: Permanent | Full-Time or Part-Time (3 or 4 days per week) Salary: £12.71 – £13.50 per hour (Depending on experience)

We are recruiting on behalf of a successful, thriving, family-run Montessori nursery based in a high-quality setting in Allerton Bywater. The nursery is led by a friendly and highly supportive management team with many years of experience in the sector. The Role

We are looking for a passionate Early Years Educator with specific experience in a baby room. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated professional to join a nurturing team where the well-being of both children and staff is a top priority.

Flexible Working Options:

• 3-Day Week: 30 hours
  

• 4-Day Week: 37–40 hours
  

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and implement engaging activities tailored to the developmental needs of babies.
  

• Support infants through key milestones, including weaning.
  

• Foster a nurturing, inclusive environment that promotes social, emotional, and cognitive growth.
  

• Observe and document children’s progress, maintaining strong communication with parents.
  

• Collaborate with colleagues to maintain high standards of care and education.
  

Requirements

Requirements

• Qualification: Level 3 or above in Childcare (Full and Relevant).
  

• Experience: Previous experience working within a baby room setting.
  

• Certification: Paediatric First Aid (or a willingness to complete this before employment begins).
  

• Skills: Strong knowledge of early childhood education principles and a genuine love for working with young children.
  

• DBS: An up-to-date DBS on the Update Service is required.
