In this role, you’ll be the heartbeat of our operations, managing training requirements for external clients across the Construction and Utilities sectors.
The Role
As our Training Coordinator, you will:
Coordinate & Schedule: Manage accredited training courses such as NPORS, EUSR, and CITB.
Client Management: Act as the main point of contact for bookings and logistics.
Compliance: Proactively manage client skills matrices to ensure their teams stay compliant.
Administration: Issue joining instructions, process certifications, and handle essential paperwork.
Resource Planning: Liaise with our trainers to allocate resources for client bookings.

Knowledgeable: Experience in Construction or Utilities is a significant advantage.
