Office Manager | Leeds Outstanding School
We are excited to be working with an Outstanding secondary school in Leeds to recruit a high-calibre and enthusiastic Office Manager. This full-time, permanent position is available for an immediate start and offers a fantastic opportunity to lead a successful administrative team and contribute to the development of consistently outstanding quality of school operations. We are looking for an individual who can inspire and lead by example, ensuring the school's "engine room" runs with precision and care.

Responsibilities
Lead and manage the school’s administrative faculty to maintain an outstanding quality of service.
Oversee daily school operations, including admissions, attendance, and front-of-house.
Collaborate with the Senior Leadership Team to maintain high standards of professional conduct across the office.
Implement creative and efficient administrative systems to enhance the school’s productivity.
Act as a dedicated point of contact for parents, staff, and external stakeholders.
Qualifications and Experience
Proven experience in office management (school experience is highly desirable).
Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a diverse team.
Proficiency in school management systems (SIMS, Arbor, or similar).
Must have the right to work in the UK.
Salary and Benefits
Salary Range: £32,000 – £38,000 ( negotiable for the right candidate ).
Full-time, permanent position with an immediate start date.
