Procurement and Sampling Coordinator
Procurement and Sampling Co-ordinator | Leeds City Centre
Full-time | circa £35,000
You will be joining a well-established, family-run business in the heart of Leeds. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a premium British brand in the luxury fashion and interiors sector. This is a varied and fast-paced position where you'll take ownership of both procurement and sampling processes, ensuring everything is organised, accurate, and delivered on time. You will:
- Raise and manage purchase orders with accuracy and attention to detail
- Co-ordinate the full sampling lifecycle, from request through to approval
- Track and manage multiple requests, keeping everything on schedule
- Build strong relationships with suppliers and act as a trusted point of contact
- Monitor lead times and proactively flag risks before they impact delivery
- Support sourcing activity, including gathering quotes and comparing suppliers
- Work closely with product, design, and commercial teams to ensure samples meet specifications
- Keep systems, records, and trackers accurate and up to date
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in procurement, buying, or a purchasing, ideally within a product-led environment
- Ideally CIPS qualified or studying towards
- Someone who thrives on organisation and enjoys managing multiple priorities
- A strong eye for detail, you spot things others might miss
- Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets and internal systems
- A proactive approach, you take ownership rather than waiting to be asked
- circa £35,000 per annum, depending on experience
- 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday
- 33 days holiday including bank holidays, increasing with service (pro rata)
- Summer hours between 1st June and 31st August
