Overview
Dabble is launching an exciting new Games and iGaming vertical, and we’re looking for a Senior Product Manager (iGaming) to help bring it to life.
This is a key role responsible for defining and driving the product strategy behind Dabble’s Games and iGaming portfolio. You will own the vision and roadmap across both pay-to-play and free-to-play products, with a clear focus on delivering community-led, industry-leading experiences that differentiate Dabble in a competitive market.
Working closely with designers, artists, third-party providers, and technology teams, you will lead product ideation, prioritisation, development and delivery across a portfolio of gaming products as this new vertical scales.
If you have experience in wagering, casino, or iGaming product environments and enjoy building engaging game experiences at scale, this is an opportunity to have real impact in a fast moving product team.
Primary Location
This role is currently open to candidates based in Leeds and surrounds, though other locations in the United Kingdom may be considered.
Responsibilities
Own and execute the Games and iGaming product roadmap from strategy and ideation through to delivery and optimisation
Lead the development and rollout of Dabble-owned pay-to-play and free-to-play games
Manage the integration, delivery, and ongoing performance of third-party games, providers, and aggregators
Oversee key platform components including lobby management, game recommendations, and iGaming mechanics across the wider Dabble experience
Work closely with game designers and UI/UX teams to shape engaging, high-quality player experiences
Ensure all products meet regulatory and compliance requirements (e.g. UKGC) and internal governance processes
Manage relationships with third-party providers, aggregators, and external test houses, including overseeing game testing, audits, and release readiness
Collaborate with senior stakeholders across marketing, strategy, and technology to define requirements and product initiatives
Lead product delivery within cross-functional teams, including:
Breaking down initiatives into clear, actionable requirements
Backlog management, grooming, and prioritisation
Sprint rituals and progress tracking
User acceptance testing and A/B testing
Providing product support throughout development
Own product performance, including engagement and commercial metrics, and provide regular updates on roadmap progress and outcomes
Skills & Qualifications
5+ years’ experience in digital product management, with a track record of delivering high quality products at scale
Proven experience owning and delivering pay-to-play game products in a commercial environment
Strong experience applying product management frameworks to prioritise roadmaps and drive measurable outcomes
Experience working with engineering and design teams to deliver clear, high-quality product requirements
Demonstrated ability to analyse product performance, define KPIs, and communicate insights to senior stakeholders
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and align cross-functional teams
Experience integrating third-party game providers, including vendor management and delivery (desirable)
A genuine passion for gaming and understanding of what drives exceptional player experiences (desirable)
Are you a Dabbler?
A Dabbler’s attitude is paramount, as the right person will be able to learn quickly and adapt to any skill gaps. A Dabbler is always a team player, with a willingness to share with and learn from others. Being a remote-first workplace, collaborative working styles are crucial to empower and grow each individual member (eg we prefer openness via public channels to problem solve or ideate on Slack).
A Dabbler uses their freedom of autonomy to its absolute potential and enjoys contributing to the Dabble community. We hold respect for our peers very highly – there is no such thing as a bad idea. We encourage you to think differently, be brave and strive to always raise the bar. Dabble was born out of thought sharing and should tackle growth in the same way. Dabble embraces empowerment of all people at any level of seniority and experience to ‘own their work’ and ‘talk their book’ wherever they can.
A fulfilling life extends beyond work, and we encourage our employees to prioritise self-care and well-being. This means taking breaks when needed, setting boundaries, and seeking support when facing challenges. We are committed to creating a safe environment where individuals feel comfortable discussing their wellbeing and accessing resources when necessary.
Remuneration
The advertised salary for this position is £70,000 - £80,000 + Benefits with room to be flexible.
