Legal Counsel
The Legal Counsel will be:
* Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements * Advising on contracts with both clients and suppliers across multiple business areas * Supporting business teams in negotiations and providing clear risk assessments * Advising on contract interpretation, dispute resolution and negotiation strategy * Supporting the development and implementation of commercial initiatives * Advising on contract law, intellectual property and data protection matters * Collaborating with stakeholders across the organisation to support business objectivesRecommended Jobs
