About the Roles: Three well-established dental practices in Townsville are seeking full-time, dedicated dentists to join their expert teams across their 6-chair Belgian Gardens, 4-chair Townsville City, and 4-chair Upper Ross locations. These clinics provide a wide range of dental services, including preventative care, restorative treatments, cosmetic procedures, orthodontics, Invisalign, and implants for a loyal patient base. You will work alongside experienced clinicians and skilled dental assistants who are all focused on delivering top-notch, patient-centered care.   • Provide general dentistry, including preventative care, restorative and cosmetic dentistry, dental surgery and extractions.
  • Provide guidance and advise on oral health and hygiene
  • Develop treatment plans and educate patients on recommended procedures
  • Collaborate effectively with the wider team to ensure the best patient care
  • Uphold the clinic's high standards of hygiene, professionalism and care
  • Perform comprehensive dental exams and develop treatment plans
  • Foster strong relationships with patients and team members
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of dental best practice
  • Providing a comprehensive range of dental services to patients of all ages.
  • Maintaining patient records

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Willingness to relocate to Australia
  • Bachelor's Degree in Dentistry, Dental Surgery or Dental Medicine
  • Valid UK dental license with eligibility for Australian registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and associated working visas (with support from the client)
  • Relevant qualification recognized by the Dental Board of Australia
  • Strong experience in general dentistry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to high standard of patient-centered care & strong clinical skills and standards
  • Experienced dentists or new graduates
  • Growth-mindset, with a willingness to expand your skills and take on new challenges
