French Speaking Customer Support & Export Coordinator
- Oversee the end-to-end export order process, from initial receipt through to final dispatch, ensuring precision and regulatory compliance throughout.
- Compile and manage all necessary export documentation.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders and carriers to organise international shipments in accordance with Incoterms, customs regulations, and client specifications.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with international customers at every stage of the order lifecycle.
- Work closely with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and logistics partners to ensure efficient and seamless export order management.
- Generate and evaluate export-related reports, forecasts, and data using Excel and internal systems.
