PK Education are seeking a resilient and proactive SEMH Mentor to support pupils within a primary setting who require additional behavioural and emotional support.
This is a highly rewarding role working 1:1 and in small groups with pupils who may:
- Display challenging behaviour
- Have experienced trauma or disruption
- Need consistent emotional support
We re looking for someone who:
- Has strong behaviour management skills
- Can build positive, trusting relationships
- Has experience in schools, youth work, or support roles
Backgrounds in:
- Sports coaching
- Youth work
- Residential care
are highly transferable.
