The firm has a large Real Estate team in Leeds ranked as a leading team by the legal directories for Yorkshire.

Description

The Real Estate Solicitor will be:

* Advising on the acquisition and disposal of investment property

* advising on large-scale portfolio transactions

* Managing landlord and tenant matters across various sectors

* Acting for national developers, investors, and occupiers

* Handling property management and asset management work

* Drafting and negotiating a range of real estate documents

* Collaborating with colleagues across practice areas
  • * Building and maintaining strong client relationships
Profile

The Real Estate Solicitor should be:

* A solicitor with 1-3 years PQE in real estate

* Experienced in commercial property transactions

* Confident working with high-profile or corporate clients

* Strong in drafting and negotiation skills

* Commercially aware with excellent attention to detail

* A team player with strong communication skills

Job Offer
  • Salary ranging from £67,000 to £72,000 per annum.
  • Generous pension contributions of 5%.
